I do not understand this. These guys don’t even have us ranked, but they have us hosting a regional as a 1 seed? What am I missing here?
It is odd. Best I can tell is that the rankings are for right now and they are projecting for what they believe to happen. Still doesn’t make much sense, but this is one of the issues I have with D1Baseball.
On the podcast they explained that it was kinda based on our record vs Top 50 RPI being better than anyone below us. Pushed us up to basically 15th hosting spot out of 16.
