I wonder if the WRs were told not to layout for the ball? Otherwise, the effort here is really sad for guys trying to earn playing time and follow up on a breakout year for them.

Yeah, but other than being a Hall of Fame guy and having an award named after him, what did he know? Everyone knows that Mel Kiper knows everything and he says speed is what its all about. And besides, Kiper has a lot of hair and a big mouth ā so that should give him a lot more credibility.
Dunbar is the perfect example of what happens when you continue to work on your game. He wasnāt the top receiver until his senior year, but his hard work paid off. Analysts will be concerned with his speed, but weāve seen receivers use their route running to compensate for that. Dunbarās quickness off the ball and route running should intrigue teams. Heās a competitor who refuses to give up or be denied, and that could get him drafted. If he doesnāt get drafted, teams will be lining up to sign him as a free agent.
