When it comes to AAC BB this season, “surprise, surprise, surprise! After the first week of conf. play Temple wins @ UCF, then Temple loses @ Tulsa. UConn gets beat @ Cincy & USF beats them by 15! I guess Tulane is better they take out Cinn. @ home by 5! ( Ken Pom 65 ranked) Georgia upsets #9 Memphis by 3. Lots of parity hard to get much of a gauge on the American. I think that WSU looks real & I hope we keep improving!
Everyone in the nation is beatable. UNC just lost a starter for the season. OSU is overrated. Zags just don’t play anyone. Duke beatable. Ditto Most of BE. Pac12…meh. B12…meh.
It will be one Hell of a bar fight in our conference.

The board would be freaking out if we were to host a 7-8 team and beat them by only 5 points. Gonzaga is obviously a very efficient offensive team but soft on the defensive end.
We just need to continue to improve, which every Sampson team we’ve had as done, and we’ll be fine. I can guarantee there won’t be a team in the country in March that will be thinking we want to draw Houston.
