Wichita State currently leads USF 14-2 in the Bottom of the 7th.

If the scores hold, Coogs will clinch a share of the conference title. Coogs cannot clinch an outright title until Sunday due to Cincy and ECU playing each other tomorrow.

So to win the outright title, Coogs either need to:

a) Win Sunday

or

b) Have USF (2 at WSU, 3 at Cincy), ECU (2 vs Cincy, 3 at UCONN), and Cincy (2 at ECU, 3 vs USF) lose 1 of their last 5 games. At least one of those teams will be eliminated tomorrow.

Houston jumps to 52 in the RPI with a number of games left tonight.

Another positive, both Rice and SE LA have moved into the Top 100 of the RPI which gives the Coogs even more opportunities for high RPI wins next week.
