I’ll admit, if you told me we’d hold Tulane to 20 points, I would have guessed we’d win rather easily. At the beginning of the year I didn’t know what to expect, and thought we might win anywhere from five to nine games.
The losses to Tulsa and Tulane mean we’re closer to the former.
Exactly why I hated this hire from day one. Applewhite was the worst choice we could’ve made out of what we were told were the candidates.
7 wins – which I firmly believe we’ll get to by beating Navy, because this team is the Iowa of the AAC and capable of beating or losing to anyone – is exactly the midpoint between 5 and 7 wins.
