Houston #29
WEAK!!
That’s good without Grimes. With him we’re looking at top #15.
Memphis listed at #50, but is picked to win the American conference? Huh!
That’s more a reflection on Kenpom’s statistical analysis always lower on incoming freshmen. Memphis has top 10 talent so I wouldn’t read to much into that.
Rivals has us listed at #15. Clearly our BB program is on the upswing.
With a solid national finish in 2020, our future recruiting efforts will be through the roof.
Staff has done a good job of identifying of under radar prospects who haven’t blown up yet. Texas is one of the most competitive states for recruits and they have done well.
Yeah, a successful season and hype in 2019-21; our basketball program will be through the roof. A who’s who of elite recruits will want to pay for UH.
Interesting, Cincy #27, UH #29, and Memphis #50. Of course that was before Grimes was declared eligible. It doesn’t matter, things will change once the season gets underway.
Probably around #15 now. Ahead of Memphis.
