This sounds like click-bait. The article is about SFA not UT Longhorns like the thread title says.
He’s suggesting that when UT is in trouble, other schools are investigated. And coincidently, when other Texas schools do well and Texas doesn’t get all the attention, those schools are investigated. Similar to how UH was investigated years ago when we started whipping their ass in the SWC.

I guess that is what happens when you start beating Duke…if only they had offered a course that was not really a class and do it for 18 years so their athletes could get easy credits, SFA would be able to receive the Roy Williams / UNC treatment…

It’s old the NCAA is so mad at UT, they put SFA on probation. Meanwhile, UT signs a 5 star one and down basketball player this Spring ho turned down a $400,000 D League contract and you crickets from the NCAA
