On playing first two games on the road against UTSA (Sept. 2) and Arizona (Sept. 9): “We’ll know who we are pretty damn early.”
“We’re not going to be nearly as athletic at quarterback,” Applewhite said. “But we’re going to be a hell of a lot more athletic at head coach. I’m not sure how much that will help. I tease Tom because I love Tom.”

I was trying to listen to that and couldn’t get the audio to work right on my phone. I hope that doesn’t mean he learned nothing.
He basically said that he learned that he needed to make quicker decisions about putting people in the correct roles while mentioning that it was tough because of everything going on beforehand (interviewing for the job, getting the job, recruiting, putting people in the right positions, hiring staff, etc).
