It’s crazy dejon and bryson were at Umass and didnt put on any weight. But coming here they put on 20+ pounds of lean Mass. Alley did well on his plan. The one I thought was going to put on more weight is Mills because hes been here since January but he still has 3 months so anything can happen.
11 pounds of lean muscle on a skinny 160 lb frame in 8 months is still a lot.

Also, these guys run a lot so they are burning calories and likely not going to have a body builders physique.
Yes.
Bishop a master at his craft.
He could get guys the size of a doorway but how could they haul it up & down the court, stay in front of guys on defense, etc ?
You see the difference in the current “run and gun” NBA.
When it was a physical brawl in the 90s, the big guys looked like DEs, the big guards like safeties.
Now they are sleek.

Doubt Sasser as he just arrived about 4 months ago.
I’m thinking the one on the end is Sasser. Last I saw, Gresham does not have tattoos that high up on his arm and shoulder, whereas Sasser does.
One of the Sampsons made a comment on how Sasser already had a collegiate players physique.
