Mullens, a member of the College Football Playoff selection committee, typically tries to schedule an FCS opponent, a Group of Five and a Power 5 opponent each fall.

Oregon will pay Southern Utah $500,000 and Nebraska $1 million for their respective visits to Eugene, according to game contracts released via a public records request. The program will receive $350,000 from Wyoming.

“For financial reasons we’ve been scheduling an FCS because those FCS games are half the guarantee of some other games,” Mullens said. “And we’re fortunate in the west we have some quality FCS opponents.”

The Ducks will host Portland State (2018, 2023), Montana (2019), North Dakota State (2020) and Stony Brook (2021) in the coming years.

Can’t stand Oregon. :rage:
