SMU and UCF will be better than their preseason ranking. Navy might be as well depending on the skill set of the next qb. Reynolds rarely missed a down last year, so who knows what that qb can do.

Tago Smith played a couple series in the notre dame game and looked pretty good. Navy will win some games this year.

Temple is a very underrated team to me. They have a lot of returning starters and a nice schedule as they get USF and Cincinnati at home and miss Houston and Navy. The Penn State game at Happy Valley will be a good barometer for this team to see how strong they can be.
