I keep wondering what the final finish will be for the outside of Fertitta Center? I think the new corners will probably be finished the same as the outside of the new Development Center; but what about the rest of the building? Will all that concrete be replaced too, or will it be left in place - perhaps painted gray to match the corners?
Does anyone know?
I agree with you about the corners. As to the remainder, I would think they would just leave them as is for cost reasons and the fact that they are not very visible. In fact, I do not know. Maybe they will just power wash them.
