Rice might go 0-12

Rice has to manage to lose to a terrible UTEP team to claim that 0-12. It’s in El Paso but another team from Houston already almost beat them there this year (HBU). That was UTEP’s only win.

That’s going to be an epic pillow fight on 11/30 to end the season.

I have a list of teams I would wish 0-12 on and Rice is #2 behind UT. You could throw in Baylor, Ohio State, and a couple others.

Will the MOB make jokes about their zero wins like they did us back in the day.

They rank in the 50s or 60s.

Duke, USC, Wake, Cal, Michigan, UCLA, UNC and UVA are some in the top 40. Vandy, Georgia and Florida up there too.

Quite a few good ones. No wonder Rice isn’t a huge destination.

guess they should schedule prairie view

Nope, they’re going to beat UTEP and the fighting Dana Dimels.

Almost lost to PV last year.

The last ranking I know of, they were in the 60s,(2010) done by the American Association of Universities. We were quite a bit higher than them at the time.

They did and almost lost to them.

I was thinking of this without looking it up, it’s from last year.

Washington is definitely not in the US News Top 20.

Great school…but not Top 20.

As for Rice, they kept us out of the SWC for years under Jess Neely, and, if they had had their way at the time, we’d have never become a “big-time” athletic school.

Given that, ALL true blue Coogfans should wish nothing but the WORST upon Rice’s athletic teams.

SKI-ROO THEM!!!

I hope that they do indeed go 0-12, and lose to UTEP in the “Toilet Bowl” game.

For all those reasons I could care less if they lose every game or to ever play them again in any sport.

They started our 0 11 in 2001…off a 3 pts loss with three key players hurt…

Rice loses to Southern Miss 20-6. They are now 0-8.

Rice is the UConn on next year’s schedule.

Why do they continue to play football?
