The Cougar baseball team clinched at least a share of the AAC title with an emphatic series win at UConn and made their postseason case a stronger one. NOT to be outdone, the Cougar men’s and women’s track & field teams SWEPT the AAC Outdoor championships in a display of depth and dominance.
There was even more good news for the football program that officially saw two D1 transfers join/get cleared to play in the 2018 season. But if THAT wasn’t enough your Cougar softball team, fresh off a 2nd place finish in the AAC regular season race, will be returning to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2014.
