Seeing (and drinking) Cougar Red!
On Monday, August 15th, No Label, Calhoun’s Rooftop Bar & Grill and Brewheart apparel will soft-launch ‘Brew of H’, a (Cougar) Red IPA that’s been two years in the making. I had a chance to talk about the beer and the collaborative story behind it with Shannon Parker, Owner and Designer at Brewheart apparel, as well as Gus Vincenti, Sales Manager at No Label Brewing Company.
It’s also apparent that they have a passion for trying new things and with No Label approaching its seventh anniversary in December, a lot of new things are coming. But the brewery isn’t just trying new things to try new things, they are looking to the community around them to tell them what’s next. “People’s tastes change over time, so we realize that we need to change too,” explains Logan, “We’re gonna sunset some beers and maybe bring them back as limited releases. It’s all based on what the people drinking our beer and visiting our tap room have asked for. We’re really excited about the new stuff coming out.”
