ABOUT THE AGGIES
New Mexico State is 2-3 on the spring season after a 7-0 win against UT Permian Basin, on Feb. 11. The win was the Aggies’ first sweep on the season, and they didn’t lose a set in the match. New Mexico State is led by junior Lindsay Harlas who is 3-1 this spring season in singles.

ABOUT THE OWLS
Rice has a 5-2 record this spring season and is coming off an impressive, 4-3, win against Texas A&M. Senior Savannah Durkin is 5-1 in singles this spring season and won her most recent match against Texas A&M on Wednesday. The Cougars hope to stay undefeated when they face the Owls on Saturday.

The Houston Cougar Women’s Tennis team remained undefeated with a 7-0 win against New Mexico State on Friday, at Barbara Wallace Winston Tennis Facility.

With the victory Houston continued its best start to a season since winning 13-consecutive matches to open the 1990 spring season.
