Mario Burke (Houston)- He completed the sprint double at the Outdoor American Conference Championships winning the 100 & 200 meter dash titles, He was also apart of the 4×100 relay National Championship team Houston Cougars. We think he will be among the top sprinters at the Indoor & Outdoor National Championships during the 2019 season.
5. Kahmari Montgomery (Houston)- No one saw it coming, but he did!! Montgomery, shocked many fans winning the Men’s USATF National title in the 400 meter dash last season. He ran a sizzling new personal record of 44.58 to take the title. He will be returning to HTown Speed City to capture a National title for the Cougars.
