I certainly did. The triple on number 4 almost was a demoralizer but like most things that go wrong, put them behind you as soon as possible.
Ripped off a string of birdies to start the back nine. That got the game back on track.

I always have problems with the windmill as well.

Edit: I threw away the old T-shirts 
the trick is to complete your stroke just as one of the blades passes vertical. Match the speed to the distance and you are all set.
