I remember Seth Greenberg coaching USF. I had never heard of the school before they joined CUSA and I mentally chalked up two EZ wins per season. But in '98, he brought in two terrific freshman forwards, BB Waldon (6’8" Lakeland FL) & Altron Jackson (6’6" Sarasota FL), and those two gave us fits for 4 years! They looked like twin brothers running up & down the court & USF beat us in 6/8 regular season games.

Still blows my mind that USF ended up in the Big East. Guess they wanted that Florida location bad enough.

And it still blows my mind our football team was Destroyed by a team called South Florida their first two years in CUSA. That Big East invite was a head scratcher…
