The University of Houston Volleyball team kept its undefeated season in tact on Friday as the Cougars opened up the Sawyer Camillo Memorial Classic with a pair of wins over Nicholls (1-4) and Sam Houston State (3-2). While the Cougars took down the Colonels in straight sets (25-13, 25-20, 25-16), it took all five frames (13-25, 25-22, 25-22, 22-25, 15-13) for the Cougars to defeat the Bearkats.

Saturday should be interesting. Team should easily take down Mississippi Valley in the early game, but that match against Louisiana will be tough.

And Coogs stay undefeated with a 3-0 and a 3-1 victory today.

This team is looking very solid this year. Flo Hyman Cup at home next weekend.
