Outter bands are a good 50 miles to the east of Baytown. It looks like Houston is going to sit this one out. I wish I could say the same for Lake Charles.

The storm has shifted about 30 to 35 miles to the east of where it was being forecasted yesterday on the TX/LA border. Eye is going over Cameron and Lake Charles with landfall around 2 am Thursday morning.
