Since the PAC12 and BIG say it is not save to play have they stopped practicing. How does the NCAA rule work on this?
I heard Barry Alvarez, AD at Wisconsin, say their team would continue to abide by the 20 hr a week rule once school starts. Just practices. Assuming intersquad scrimmages on Saturday’s? I dunno
