Enjoy it while you can brother…mine literally feel off at 57…all i got left now is to just have a catch with grandson

I had major rotator cuff surgery years ago….it takes me a long time to get loose…in the summer when I’m throwing BP I’ll throw 250-300 pitches a day….never had an elbow problem ever….always shoulder….as I tire I just keep moving the L screen closer! 
But yeah, I know I don’t have much longer….for now, I can still make a smart Alec kid look silly if. They get to mouthy.
