I understand how UH couldn’t land JA away from Texas. It would of been a great ending to the new 30 for 30 that is coming out on Espn in the fall. Kinda of like a new HOPE is on the horizon.

Saying that, this coming up Fall signing period is very crucial for coach Sampson and staff. I would love for him to land one big fish from the Houston area. JJ Chandler out of Katy would be very nice!

I saw where Rick Stansbury of WKU offered him. Probably a carry over from recruiting him while at A&M. My spidy senses tell me CKS will continue to mine the JUCO and transfer route and get the solid, 4 year HS recruit.

Yes, I agree. Pretty much we know what we will get from CKS as far as recruiting goes. Wish we could get several 4 & 5 star players tho.

I see where Jarred Vanderbilt is our next best chance at a 5 star player.

I think the best way to go is through transfers like TurnAroundTom did. At least until the arena is updated and we get that first official boost of attendance from that to impress higher profile high school candidates.
