Just have to limit the damage and keep chipping away. We’re not having trouble getting hits either. So far, all the lucky bounces have gone Tulane’s way.

1 out single, and then an error on Hollis trying to turn a double play allows runners on 1st/2nd with one out. Groundout to Hollis moves the runners up. Rooney pulls Ott for Henry.
Henry gives up a single, two more runs score…Tulane leads 8-2
M3…Tulane leads 8-2
Looks like you were right, Patrick. Ott is limited to 3 outs!
Going to burn through our pitching staff on day one.
Ott’s a case of a guy with great stuff, but has no idea where it’s going most of the time. Seems to have found a niche this year as a spot reliever, but anytime they’ve asked him to go longer than an inning, he tends to allow a lot of base runners.
I can see why a young guy with that much movement on his pitches might struggle with command. I’m sure someone at the next level will take a flyer on him and try to hone his skills.
Give them right back
Need some rain. How about we just wash out the whole tournament?
This has been a scholastic year to forget when it comes to Tulane.
Can’t score six runs on one swing Joe
