Williams was considered one of the biggest draft riser with nba potential…all transfer rankings had him top 20 (out of the 1300 in the portal)…
he is a borderline nba prospect… him going to a&m kills his draft stock, few players from losing teams get drafted, especially those without measurables …& kills his chances of playing in the ncaa tourney
he had options and was touted, he wasnt some scrub who had to settle for the 1st p5 offer…minutes and big conference could have happened without going to school that is imploding where everyone is leaving
