He fouled him across the arm imo. Just not smart at the end. LSU played really well. For Coogs sake needed a Arky loss. They now won 14 of last 15. Impressive in that Conf.

I was thinking more about the play that fouled out Eason. Right or wrong a couple of those whistles probably get swallowed in Baton Rouge. Is what it is. Impressive win for Arkansas. They’ve definitely turned the corner in conference play.

Memphis did not put a whipping on us. If Taze doesn’t blow the uncontested inbounds layup we are up 4 with under 2 min to play. They are a couple shots and FTs extended the lead down the stretch.

Bama has been inconsistent all season. Big wins, much better at home and some head scratching moments.
They do get up for big games….but not so motivated for others……unless they had injuries I am unaware of that is all coaching……too have that much talent and lose to some of the teams they have lost to is mind boggling.

Agreed. Since December 11th Alabama has been a whopping 11-10 meanwhile we have been 17-2 since while running an 8 man rotation pretty much the entire time.
Having to be in the same seed line as them makes 0 sense IMO

Not sure why Taze Moore didn’t take one dribble and go up for a dunk on that play.
This year Williams being out makes a big difference in those games they lost! He is definitely not good enough coach to overcome that! LOL
That’s was the game changer for me. But I think we still have 4-5 mins left in the game at that point.
I like this projection. We’re a 5 seed. But we’d play 4 seed Providence 2nd round. I think wed be favored in that game.

Up to a 4 in Lunardi’s latest projection. I sure hope so, Palm has us (and has kept us) at a 6.
A few things. I agree that an SMU team that beats Memphis a third time absolutely deserves a bid. They are really solid. Davis is Davis but the twins have been difference makers. A Memphis loss Sunday, win in quarterfinal, loss in semi to SMU may be their undoing.
Or they may sneak in. I honestly think SMU and Memphis are tournament worthy and would be a pain in the neck for any 5 seed in a 12/5 matchup.
Congrats on throttling SMU and Temple. Impressive. Sunday should be fun.
