If I’m not mistaken the #1–#4 seeds-- 16 Teams are protected to stay in their Region for 2nd weekend. So Houston would be put in South Region-- San Antonio for 2nd weekend. Im pretty sure that is a significant advantage they give the Top 16.
Edit-- Lunardi & another one I follow have Coogs as #4 seed n both have us in South Region-- San Antonio which would be for the 2nd Weekend.
