Horns are 1 game away from Omaha we just had an 18 game improvement with a SWAC level schedule and didn’t even make the field. If we prefer mediocrity then we stay the course I mean we’ve had an 12 year sampling it’s not like it’s gonna magically improve

Plus the Ags earlier today became the first team to make the CWS. They are quite a story this year. Schloss is some kind of Coach.
So…I reallllly want ECU to win tomorrow.

As you know he was very successful at TCU. CTW should have learned quite a bit from him, maybe he’s forgot everything

People get tired. It seems to me that if you aren’t a recruiting dynamo in college baseball then you’re going backwards. This staff doesn’t seem to have the recruiting energy.
I guarantee you that waaaaay down in the murky, subterranean corridors that link the baseball catacombs with Pez’ office the following conversation took place:
TW: “when we get to the B12 I’ll be free of the shackles that keep me from recruiting.”
Pez: “Yea! Then we’ll have our pick. Keep up the good work!”

He had the talent already - they just underachieved - but thanks to the portal and being a good coach it doesn’t take too long when the foundation is there if you know what your doing

Notre Dame roughed up that pitching staff today. It kind of shows you how good Tech’s pitching was last weekend, too.
