2022 Logan Hall in the NFL- Tampa Bay thread

"Hall, at 6-feet-6, 290 pounds, certainly looks the part. His physical stature more closely resembles that of veteran defensive tackle William Gholston, who is coming off 4-1/2 sacks.

Gholston also heaped some enormous expectations on Hall after watching him for only a couple of weeks without pads.

“I haven’t seen him in pads. I don’t know why I’m so excited about him, but man, I see the dog in him,” Gholston told the Pewter Report podcast. “You really see the dog with the pads, but I see the dog, I see the fight. He is so big and slippery. "

" Hicks, listed at 6-foot-4, 352 pounds, will be the perfect batterymate for defensive tackle Vita Vea.
He is three years younger than Ndamukong Suh, who never missed a game in his career. But while Suh was counted on to play about 70 percent of the defensive snaps during his time with the Bucs, Hicks will be used as a starter and also a player to help develop rookie Logan Hall, the team’s 33rd overall pick from Houston.

" DL Logan Hall, Buccaneers

Hall has a unique frame that should allow him to be used inside and outside depending upon the situation. Tampa Bay is loaded in the front seven so there will be no pressure for the rookie to contribute early. At the same time, it is easy to envision Vita Vea eating up blockers down the line and allowing Hall to loop around and create pressure. Center Ryan Jensen is on record as saying Hall is “the real deal.”
