Should have played that contract out. Doubt he gets anything better on the market this offseason. He had a bad year (if he wants $300m). He had a solid year if he wants $20-25m a year.
The Angels always crazy w the $ and years for famous veterans contracts but they are for sale. No Correa to LAA.
How many teams need a SS who can/will give Carlos huge $ ?

So I really like Pena and think he just going to get better and better and would not be surprised if he put up numbers better than Correa’s numbers.

If the Angels signed Judge next year hed hit .230 and only play about 100 games.

Looking at the other Division series makes me realize this year really is championship or bust. Especially if the Yankees, Braves, and Dodgers were all to bite it early.

I don’t follow the jays or seattle but I’m looking at the playoffs and i think we’re looking at the same teams give or take a couple, for the next three years. If our staff stays healthy we’re in great shape.
And if Dusty wants to keep managing I think he’s an astro as long as he wants. I also don’t think Crane will dump Clink. He spends too much time around the playoffs. The guy is smart as Hell, the CF issue not withstanding.
