I don’t disagree. Just thinking a true freshman who only got 15 mins per game on a team that just squeaked into the tourney doesn’t scream NBA-ready unless NBA scouts see potential that Penny didn’t. Which is entirely possible given what we know about Penny as a coach. Guess we’ll find out.
I didn’t realized how great of a class Penny brought in last year. I knew it was #1 but I thought it was all about Duren and Bates.

Minott’s a good kid and seriously i’d take him over any other transfer from AAC teams (altho honestly transferring within conf is kinda tacky).
