I remember him. Did he even play for a Pearland school after transferring from Katy? Or was it the other way around? Either way, if I remember correctly, he didn’t even play his senior year to get ready for early enrollment at SC.

He got kicked off the team for beating his girlfriend… not sure he needed to go into the portal for already being dismissed.
I suppose he is still under NCAA rules no matter how he left the school and therefore will need to go in the portal to find another team.
He will definitely drop down a level or two to rehabilitate himself. Sounds like a player Lane Kiffin would love to get.
