If you ever go to this make sure you book EVERYTHING in advance… I just happened to be going through Eugene one time to my Mom’s place on the coast and I needed a rental car and a hotel room for the night…

I found ONE skeezy room available in Eugene and I never was able to rent a car and had to ride a bus out to Port Orford because EVERY CAR IN EUGENE was rented already!!!

The NCAA T&F Championships and UO graduation on the same weekend broke Eugene’s car rental and hotel systems…

I plan on heading out there next April, looking forward to my first trip out that way.

On day 1 of the championships, Hall advanced in the 100m with the 5th best time, Barraza advanced to the 3000 steeplechase finals with the 6th best time. Montgomery was the first out in the 400 and Sumler ran a 10.37 in the 100 which did not advance him.

Hall ran a 9.9 and finished 5th! Every finalist broke 10 seconds! Lattin and Quivell advanced in the 400 hurdles.
