We have an embarrassment of riches.
After our first 7 players we have 7 more who can play and play well. Who becomes player 8,9, and 10 is a great problem to have. Literally Sampson cannot go wrong in choosing fhe pecking order.

Iām sure rotations will be a big topic during the season. Lots of mouths to feed, i think we have
the culture to make it work and keep the eye on the prize

Walker, Wilson, and McFarland seem logical to hold down spots 8,9,10.
However the other 4 can play.

i dont think its that straight forward based on team needā¦
our 5,6 and 7 (fran, TA and Tugler) all arent offensive producers ā¦then Walker, Wilson, and McFarland all arent offensive priducers
mercy is a top 50-ish recruit for his offense , and some reports that mccarthy has been holding weight as a shooterā¦the need for offense makes the back rotation up in the airā¦
even samspon noted 2 weeks ago they are battling for minutes

and a random asideā¦ we normally put al the guards together and all the bigs together ā¦ but this year we seem to have have a group for the wings ā¦ with ramon and TA having their own group
whats interesting to me is that mccarthy isnt in that group as someone is bigger and longer than ramonā¦ mccarthy is grouped with the guards

from the looks of it, a couple practices videos of just those 2 in a separate group from the rest just doing drillsā¦ no clue the coach

we normally release them all at once when its finalizedā¦ any individual announcements are leaks or from sponsors for events
also my guess is that there isnt going to be much excitement on what is left
my guess on the final schedule - we moved to 20 conference games so only 11 noncons going forward
