#124 High Point eliminates #20 Vanderbilt. I love it when that happens.

What a game between East Carolina and Wake Forest. Great finish as Pirates come up with three runs in the bottom of the 9th to win 7-6 after giving up 5 in the top of the 9th! Never give up.

Yes, that was fun. I didn’t expect Vanderbilt or Wake Forest to go two and out, but that’s what makes the tournament fun.

#31 Arizona is the first 1-seed to fall, going two & out. Good. They shouldn’t have been a 1-seed much less a host.

All in the driver’s seat.

Man, I wouldve loved to see long faces in aggie land… but the short stop for UT had two throwing errors to first base in the 8th.

I didn’t know Illinois wore helmets in the field?

DBU and GCU playing for their NCAA tournament life’s!

Texas going horns down

DBU update = 6 straight walks with two outs in the 8th…

Be interesting if Pierce survives the A&M regional loss.

Apparently Ryan Prager (Aggie ace) wanted to go to UT but they didn’t recruit him. Maybe Sean Allen passed on him? Maybe UT pitchers aren’t being developed? UT also seems to have quite a few CA recruits.

Evansville beat ECU to become the lone 4-seed to advance to the Supers.

I just watched Evansville Purple Aces take down ECU at their place for a Supers bid.

They had a kid pitch 4 shutout innings with just one hit….why is that a big deal.

He used an 86 mph FB, 76 mph slider and 72 mph CB……those are not D-1 tools for a pitcher.

But guess what——he was taught how to pitch….up, down, in and out, changing speeds.
He was DEVELOPED!

Meanwhile, we have freshman with MLB potential and tools that can’t throw strikes or get through a clean inning……my oh my….a kids parents send their son to a “program” with the expectation their kid will get better incrementally to hone that talent.

Time for some coaches that put down the GD sunflower seeds and get off the bucket.

Same thing with Stetson when they eliminated Alabama. One of their kids never touched 90 with the fastball. But pitched a beauty against them.

Big 12 baseball dropping like turds……and we couldn’t qualify for the conference tournament.
