That entire game was a low point. We led by 9 with less than minute to go in regulation and lost. ESPN covered the whole thing including the face stomp.

I am quite curious to see what smacktalk and stupid putdowns their fanbase tries to come up with around the both cougars bit.
Here’s to a safe spring and summer for your program! God knows we wouldnt wish what happened to us last year on anyone, including BYU. It had to be incalculably horrible for the players to watch the slowmotion plane crash.

Well it sucks we don’t have anything to really look forward to for the football season realistically, except to see how Fritz and the new players mesh and grow, we all seem to hope we win 6 games, not really anything to get excited about with zero chance to even compete or even be in the discussion to be in the upper part of the conference. At least we always have basketball to look forward to
Sure we do, $7,000.00 for two tickets to watch us go 3-9.

Looking at this schedule really hits home with loss of UT and OU regarding football.
There are no football teams in the new 16 team B12 that are even close to UT and OU. So many of the teams that regularly brought the fight against them are struggling these days (OK St, Baylor, TCU, TT, etc.).
The only real rivalry left in the B12 is Utah vs BYU (glad they’re in the conference).
Don’t get me wrong. Compared to the AAC, we have a really great schedule. A couple of teams are going to have to step up and become dominant annual 11/1 or 12/0 winners for B12 to continue to be viewed as a Power Conference.

Wish B12 has us and tech as a protect rivalry. Dont care if tech don’t like it but we know both fanbases will be heated against one another very soon. Huge mistake on B12. That’s the only school that I could see us develop a true rivalry over time. Neither Baylor and TCU will ever be our main rival.

Possible weekday game.
TV will decide if game will be on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
