to me, as is, they are overrated…
the vill transfer you mentioned… did 2 pts per on a not tournament vill and he is legitimately their best resume player for 7th man for them…

the current 6th man did 4per… the 8-10 players are less than 1 point per or 3star freshmen.

in the context of national contender… to me they are lacking…

if they get henshall tho… im a believer in tech

They need a PG, bad. They will try to move Christian Anderson over to run point if they do not get Henshall. Don’t love it.

My random thoughts based off the past few posts.

  1. Sharp should lead the team in scoring, and I see a few players around the low level double digits (8-12ppg) which is great.
  2. Cenac won’t have to avg a lot of points to be impactful. So many casual fans get enamored with scoring and miss out on the big picture. He’s a player with a ton of potential, not someone who’s coming in ready to avg 16+ imo
  3. I’m just excited to see this team play. I couldn’t care less about preseason rankings. These guys have the potential to be GREAT! I think of the Villanova squad from the past or old school Illinois with a true lead scorer but a ton of weapons around them.

Just my humble opinions

Sharp and Uzan should be our leading scorers.

Both are experienced. Both are Seniors.

We then have a plethora of players who can score. Indeed Tugler might surprise. He has enormous potential.

At the end of the season Tugler developed a little hook in the lane. It may pay major dividends this upcoming season

I saw that Tugler hook shot, which is why I mentioned him.

He has the strong possibility of becoming a reliable scorer.
