JOJO!!!

JOJO!!!

Does anyone have an update on McFarland’s most recent surgery on his leg?
I don’t have insider connections.
My personal opinion is if the surgery goes well, McFarland will be in good playing condition by tournament time.
And Harwell should be in good playing condition by January since he has to catch up.
Could return by conference time if all goes well.
That’s crazy!
I remember when Brad Stevens was at Butler you had to run a sub 6 minute mile to play for him.
I hear ya but enjoy the ride. This era won’t last forever even though I hope it does. My anxiety sometimes is off the charts also.
I like how this was 4 days before the Duke game and all the Duke people commenting
I knew I saw J’Wan in there but it didn’t click that it was last year’s team… wonder what their average is this year…

Only 5:20 this year. Surprised seeing Sharp in the Top 5. Bryce Jackson almost cracked 5 minutes.
$harp is about to go off this season…
Respectfully, no reason to be surprised by Sharp. He’s been in great shape for a couple of years now. He just doesn’t have the same build as other guys
Not sure if they still have our all time records but I think Bo Outlaw was at the top back in the day with a 4:52.
That, and he’s playing a different position. He needed a little more bulk to play the 3 than he will at the 2.
I think the biggest jump I want to see from E-Sharp this season is as a consistent rebounder.
The most important thing that needs to happen this season (for them to cut down the nets in April) is JoJo’s basketball IQ has to improve significantly. It’s one thing to have a good motor but these silly fouls have to stop because we’re a completely different team defensively with him on the bench.
His BB IQ is fine - ask Purdue. I would like to see him cut down on fouls but high motor and silly fouls go hand in hand
Anyone who has really watched Jojo and are close to the team and has seen his development are laughing at that comment. If you could see his court awareness’ and decision-making improvements over the course of the season then no need to argue this one. You have to do more than just look at total fouls. I expect him to be in some foul trouble based on the nature of how he plays but that just goes with the territory of being an aggressive defender with so much responsibilities.
Went to every home game last season as well as the Auburn, Duke and UF game so don’t give me any of this lame BS of “anyone who has really watched Jojo”.
Also please show me where I said anything about him not “improving” as the season went along last yr? I’ll wait. My comment has to do with him getting even better this season. Getting smarter. Of course when you play like he does there will be fouls and that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about the silly fouls. If you can’t see this then maybe you haven’t been paying attention. It’s called playing more under control and we really need this from him this season and I highly expect to see this from him as well.
When you talk about a player having a low basketball IQ whether you meant it or not, it is disrespectful. I saw the adjustments he made throughout the season and IQ is not his issue.
