I suspect it’s tied into the House settlement and that it won’t be resolved until that deal becomes final. The judge in that case may decide to sit on it to try to force the issue on a phased-in roster limit.

yes, with the timeline… 800+ players granted edibility AFTER everyone’s rosters are likely done would be madness like never before
if there were real uncertainty theyd have done like with juco and given a 1 year pass, while everything is sorted out, with times to figure out the roster… or like how the said they wouldn’t punish NIL for 1 year when it was 1st launched and litigated… the ncaa has done almost no preventative measure at all … they dont think its happening
even the juco one (which i think is likely to fail) they still gave credence to that

Fleming finished at 13th ranked for On3. Crazy he might be our 5th-6th guard next year. This team is stacked with unreal talent.

That’s the first one I’ve seen that has him above Harwell. Wonder where he ranks
On3 is the only site that does not have Harwell in Top 15.
Harwell is better than at least 2 of the other shooting guards on the list IMO.

The limb is broken and you are sitting on the ground. 
Fleming will be the only pure point guard on the team if Milos doesn’t come back.

yeah Harwell is the top/first 4 star and ranked 15 in On3’s recruiting rankings.
Mikel Brown is the last 5 star who is ranked 14
doing some research on pop this weekend
the negative: i didnt realize how injury prone he is… he was battling injury in High schol too which is worrisome… almost all injuries related to his Hip… its often noted he had 2 hip surgeries recently … but he had a 3rd after his senior year in High school… 3 major hip surgeries in 3years
The positive: i have little doubts in my mind about his offensive pg abilities. he isn’t Cryer/Sasser. he is a legit PG… he has been the sole pg for many teams prior to college .
interesting point: for half his HS career he was a 5star recruit, mid junior/senior year he fell to the 70s/80s… but he was playing with a hip injury throughout his senior year.
He started for Team USA U16 team as the PG, that won gold…
