I purchased tickets for the Big 12 Tournament next week from the UH ticket office. Has anyone else purchased tickets and have they received them? They said they would be coming from AXS but I have not received them.

I did last year. Download the app and they’ll show up. If my memory is correct it was night before for each session.
Thank you HWSCoog for responding. I have the app on my phone, but have not received. Are you saying you received them the day before the event?

Yes. I didn’t receive first session until I was actually in KC but I arrived a day before tournament started
It worked well and was fairly easy. I’d recommend opening app and tickets before going into the arena. Saw several people walking out trying to find wifi to open. We opened ours in Power and Light District venues before walking across the street.

Yea I don’t remember any delay either. And 
to the part abt have them open if possible b4 entering T-Mobile. We had difficulty at least once, maybe twice when trying to open in front of attendant which is inside the arena.
I did 48 minutes of meditation today focusing on Tech sucking in the tourney.
Refreshing.
