I was a late teen in undergrad in 2009 when we last beat Texas Tech, but now I am in my mid 30s lol.
But the upside is that we won a NY6 bowl game before Tech did and they never won a BCS/NY6 bowl much less qualified for one so it all evens out.
First time I remember beating Texas Tech was in Lubbock my freshman year at UH (1976) to clinch the SWC title our 1st year in the conference and a trip to the Cotton Bowl! Damn those were good times!
Yeah, I’m old, but I would like to live long enough to see us beat those tortilla hurling goofballs again.

The Red Raiders were 8-4, not 6-6…They LOST to a 6-6 team and always ready to be made fun of…and always will be.

Replace UT with anyone, just don’t put them in a conference with UH; we’ve been down that road before.
if you go to oregon st - visit or stay in newport, if you go to oklahoma state, the engineering building was cool. if you go to arizona state find out where the night life is off campus. its been too long for me to know what is cool today but remember it was impressive.
