Yeah coma is used by doctors differently than the public. Doctors refer to the state the patient is in where they cant respond to stimuli without regard to the cause of the coma or patient prognosis. In public use, coma is understood to mean that its a permanent state. Doctors should probably quit using the term unless they mean the common public understanding of the term or they explain that that is not how they are using it.
Every hour of The Pitt has the doctors inducing a coma in a patient like 25 times.

My mom was put in a medically induced coma for 8 days following a massive heart attack in 2011. She recovered (barely) and just turned 100. Also had a friend put in one after a horrific motorcycle accident. He also recovered but his injuries have impacted his life ever since.

And the 3 Fleming comment was probably directed at meā¦ I never called him shaq that he canāt shoot at allā¦ I even noted that he would likely come in at a DJ Wagner/Boogie fland level shooter (also 5star PGs) ā¦ clearly not a strength, but both boogie and Wagner hit close to 40 3s for the season ā¦ single shots at 3 donāt mean anything
Ps judge nothing from the iverson classicā¦ absolutely no defense, like the worst Iāve ever seen from an all star classic , I was going to post stuff about the game (especially cause a few of the big 12 second tier recruits were in it, top 20 to top 50) but after a while I was like this isnāt basketball. The final score was like 170-155 in regulation. The game was a joke ā¦ atleast the McDonald game brought out some great man to man defense

Blue blood bias annoying, Shelton Henderson on 247 was ranked above Harrell when Shelton was committed at Duke, all of the sudden new rankings recently dropped and Shelton committing to Miami he dropped 11 spots down and all the way to number 25ā¦
I guarantee you if Kingston committed to Duke, heād be a 5 star, Duke bias smh
I only care about players here but that bias is annoying. Oh well doesnāt matter, stoked for our freshmen to come and play for the Coogs, we know Coach got three of the best true 5 stars

Yeah I hear they arrive early June on campus. That camo starts late June. What is the priority at this point? I would assume they would rest before getting acclimated to real basketball shape.
I just donāt want them to get hurt.
