If you don’t understand sarcasm, then don’t post on the board.
How did Ryan Dollar give up 3 runs on 10 pitches, without giving up a home run?
I know what you meant, but who would also think Winthrop would have a chance against SEC.
Ok Mr Bully!
15 games in, Minnesota looks like a middle of the road P5 program. 7-8 overall against a decent schedule.
Wow
and this came a day after Minnesota beat Kansas 10-6. What a difference a day makes with pitching!
Two midweek games and a weekend series with Oregon on tap. I presume Minn decided they weren’t going to burn any of their decent pitchers, especially since they had won the first game with KU.
Absolute barrel from Cade Climie (2025) as he hits a rocket to left. Saw Climie last season when he was at Blinn & the development at Houston has been very impressive. First pitch swinging & he was all over this pitch@UHCougarBB @MLBDraft @mlbdraftleague pic.twitter.com/JN7kfR5cSr

Big12 4th in RPI.
As listed on Warren Nolan.
No good teams so far.
Not OK.
They beat Okie State who are 66th in RPI.
9-7, 0-4 in Quad 1 games.
Loss v South Car their only SEC game.
Cool home game for them.
Also says:
OK has Top RPI in Big12.
AZ w Top RPI in PAC.
This says B12 is 3rd ranked conference…
I don’t think they are middle of the road in the Big 10. I think they finish in the lowest quad.
Actually, if you’ll look closer, the Big 12 is technically #3 in RPI.
#1 is “Independent”
#2 is SEC
#3 is ACC
#4 is Big 12
#5 is B1G
The “Independent” business consists of only ONE school: Oregon State. That doesn’t count as a conference in my view.

Rice baseball is getting a new coach.

Hardy a surprise.
When I watched the Rice game on TV, they looked every bit as bad as Grambling; equally bad in the field, and perhaps even worse at the plate.
If we don’t sweep Rice this year, then there’s something terribly wrong with us (though I don’t want to jinx our chances).
Rice’s once recently great program is now truly in disarray.
With our pitching, take nothing for granted. Especially midweek games.
Noted.
Did nobody see Dollar pitch against SHSU? I am baffled by him giving up three runs on ten pitches, without giving up a HR.
Game wasn’t on TV and no stats available (or that I found) since game is suspended/incomplete.
I’m sure it was quite a spectacle though.
They feel off the cliff recruiting. Seen it first hand in later part of 2010’s…they were signing kids that couldn’t hit at HS level…went the richy rich route
I didn’t realize that it wasn’t on tv. I found the stats the night of the game but can’t now. Don’t know what happened there.
