TBH, I was/am surprised at how much time both freshmen are getting so far this season (w/ King even starting!). Based on how the previous staff had recruited, I was NOT very hopeful of any contributions from either. But they’ve both looked really good in spurts and should be solid foundational pieces moving forward.

Great interview with 2026 Recruit, Madison Carlton (and her mom) about her backstory & why they chose Houston.
Seems like a great kid & even has an older sister that was highly recruited that went to UT, so Madison comes from an athletically-gifted family and that bodes well for CMM & the team.

Would be cool to see Seven Lakes vs Westlake….it would have to be at state.
Westlake is #1 in the state and 19th in country.
Seven Lakes is around 20th in state….
I guess it would be slim chance they make it out of their regional.
