The fancy stadiums are paid for by school districts, youth basketball isn’t and should not be.

I dont watch a ton of NBA. A few of those guys i wouldn’t consider PGs.
Devin Booker, Jamal Murray, Tyler Herro i would consider SG/wings. Maybe im wrong
But Kentucky under Pope, their HS recruiting may take a dip. His first 2 seasons, they’ve relied heavily on the portal.

I understand what you’re saying and I love all of those guys. The Kentucky players are all star caliber players and our guys are just getting started. I don’t think that this will be the deciding factor for a recruit but these kids have been watching Kentucky star guards since they were kids. We have guys in the league but we haven’t had a star in the league since Hakeem retired. I do think Kingston Flemings will be an NBA all-star one day, and perhaps Quentin Grimes too.

Of course, money spent by any government agency ultimately comes from taxing the citizens in one way or another. But the authority issuing the contract is ultimately who actually spends the money and cuts the checks.

Santos and Seven Lakes have gone undefeated so far this year - 33-0.
This kid would be such a perfect fit for Sampson. He’s already solid and strong and has been playing international ball. I hope we can lock him up.
