UT should not have been invited into the tournament last season and very much underachieved in the regular season. They were fortunate to get a couple short-handed teams to advance and yes Mark woke and decided to play.

Don’t sleep on the new 5-in-5 rule. You should know by now it’s much more difficult to succeed in college with a young team. That’s what happened to us last year. I think the Sampsons have decided to focus more on transfers sprinkled with a couple of freshmen. Our team that went to the championship game was a league above what we put on the floor this previous season.

Joprior any insight on Oneal Delancy?
Have heard from a few sources that he’s leaning to the Coogs. Really like what I see from his highlights. Looks like he’s narrowed his list to UH and Florida.

They list Alston as “cool” on UH and note other schools ahead of Houston on 247 and ON3
Santos as well. So if sites correct both local guys aren’t warm on UH
