Welll…you personify our program’s fan base completely.
Hope for mediocrity…of the ones who even care.
Most of my fellow Alums have no clue who "A Weigman " even is.
That should speak volumes on your approach

Or, maybe they are just satisfied with their own being and don’t let their lives be dictated by the success or failure of others.
I’m responsing to the idea that the season is over after our second loss. In no way do I think our team thinks this way
Do you even follow college football?
Most P4 schools would kill to have had a 7-1 record going into this morning.
We had a golden opportunity
Again…tell me your realistic path to the CCG
Yes, on that QB run right up the gut untouched on a 4th and 4, the UH defense was clearly not ready for an offensive play to be run by WVU, and so I can’t believe someone on the UH coaching staff didn’t call for a time out. I too was calling for a TO but it doesn’t count sitting up in the stands.
I know I should have gone with my red shirt.
7-2, Fritz will have the squad ready for UCF
Disagree, bad coaching would be if we were 2-7!
November is a weird month. I’ve said that before. What happened to us today, can happen to TT or Cincy next week or the week after.
It ain’t over
Outcoached is what i mean
You let a true freshman QB look very comfotable today.
Thats on Austin Armstrong. But the turnovers were brutal today
That’s when a timeout should have been called as we had a group totally lost and disarray
I’ve had season tickets since 1973 continuously in both basketball and football and many other sports over the years. My life is good and I’ve learned that my happiness is not dictated by what happens over a weekend that I cannot control.
Armstrong is riding the coattails of the previous DC. He’s not the answer.
This defense can’t tackle. I said it before the season began. He lost me when I saw him coaching tackling drills indoors instead of being out in the heat. I called it being lazy then
Houston tackles lazy.
I hope not!
Great comment.
U of H sports have brought me much more happiness than sorrow. Some of my best memories are attending games with my wife and son, win or lose.
I am and will always be a Coog.
I wish we would stop acting like we didn’t go 8-16 the previous 2 seasons. NONE of us predicted a 7-1 start. As far as I’m concerned, the season is already a success. We’re going to a bowl & there’s still a chance we could end the season a 11-2.
So NO, the season is NOT over. Get a grip
Yay, looking forward to a bowl game against UTSA in Shreveport.
Season is over.
Now that I’ve had some time to digest this loss I’m going to be a little optimistic. First, as has been pointed out, losing the turnover battle 4-0 is almost certainly a recipe for defeat, but giving up so many yards on the ground is disheartening.
On the bright side, I would have taken 7-2 at this point in a heartbeat at the beginning of the season. Now, the team has to flush this game and as the saying goes, “not let one team beat you twice.” They have to get ready for the next opponent, which is a winnable game.
In sports a team has to have a short memory. One really enjoyable thing about the Big 12 is that the teams are fairly evenly matched, and you get a lot of close, entertaining games. Today we ended up on the short end, but give credit to the Mountaineers and move on.
Playing in random no name cereal bowls will become the norm under Fritz if we continue to choke to underdogs each season.
Might as well get used to it until he retires.
