TAMU dreaming big. And it is dreaming. Kellen wouldn’t leave with Q going.

The rest of the state would claim the “UH coaching staff has been gutted”. Imagine Kellen turning down TAMU, when Aggie is pitching “you can do the same thing here that your father did at UH, but at TAMU, we have more money and potential fans.”

If TAMU tried to throw themselves on the ground, they’d miss.

Guys, I’m not so sure. I could see him taking it, especially if we’re cutting them down Monday night.

No I think his dad will retire if he wins the national championship Monday and turn it over to Kellen

I think you are right, as much as I don’t want to believe it.

If I was looking at a young up & comer I’d probably check out that Mount St. Mary’s coach…

Or a more established coach from Utah State Jerrod Calhoun…

Trying futility to create a distraction. Never changes.

The big A&M donors control who is hired….they are not picking a coach that has never had head coaching experience.

I think Kellen is one of the best assistants in the country and I have zero reservations about him taking over when dad retires.
I think he is the best man for the UH job and will continue to build this program into the National power it has become.

But those guys are gonna throw big money at an established name.

I hope that you’re right, and I actually feel the same way you do. But…Aggie isn’t a marquee job. Isn’t their arena pretty old and in need of an upgrade? Just don’t see a marquee name going to Aggie.

Well P5 programs usually want to get coaches with head coaching experience unless it’s their coach in waiting.
