Afghanistan has shown one thing. If the battle takes place on their turf they will run your ass outta there. You can go back as far as the middle days of the British Empire, the Soviets, the World. The problem is no one wants to stay there long enough to occupy the nasty, God-forsaken place.
But I hope they destroy one another.
As Kissinger famously said about the Iran-Iraq war, “It’s a pity both sides can’t lose.”
Hope they both lose
